What is your process?

How long is a typical engagement?

A typical engagement starts lasts anywhere from 6-12 months, depending on the goals of the leader.

In most cases, we start with a minimum six month commitment to ensure the proper time to both set goals and see them through, with support.

For bigger initiatives (delivery of a strategic plan, evolution of a team) we may need 12-18 months to realize change.
