About Rebecca

Rebecca Gutner is the Founder and Chief Executive Advisor at Luminary Leadership Advisors. 

A certified executive coach and business advisor, Rebecca has over 20 years of experience spanning the technology, marketing, and non-profit industries. Throughout her career, Rebecca has had the privilege of working with a diverse clientele, ranging from start-ups to the Fortune 500. Recognized for her adaptability, empathy, and creative problem-solving abilities, Rebecca has a proven track record of coaching, training, mentoring, and developing individuals, empowering them to establish and hone their own unique and authentic leadership style.

Rebecca holds Bachelor of Arts from Smith College and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. Having lived in many corners of the world, she is now based in the Boston area with her husband and three young kids.
